Hi, I’m Kaila Parker — a Realtor with a passion for helping others build wealth through real estate. I began my investing journey in 2019 and now manage my own portfolio of rental properties alongside helping clients navigate buying, selling, and financing their homes.

Before transitioning full-time into real estate, I spent seven incredible years as Chief Operating Officer at Levin Rinke Realty, the #1 local brokerage in the Greater Pensacola area. With a degree in Business Management and a deep understanding of the real estate industry from every angle, I bring a strategic, investor-minded approach to every conversation.

When I'm not talking shop, you can find me playing pickleball, listening to podcasts, boating, working on a puzzle, or hiking a local trail. I live in Pensacola with my husband—who’s an incredible cook—and our two energetic boys. Most weekends, you’ll find us cheering from the sidelines at a soccer field or hosting friends for dinner.
