Meet Steve Rhodes

Steve and Kristen have a passion for building relationships and serving others, and carry this through to their real estate clients from their over 45 years of combined experience in community development, customer relations, and project management. Steve is a lifelong Floridian, whose family has a deep history in Santa Rosa County. He is an active community advocate, having served on numerous boards and organizations throughout Northwest Florida, including the Santa Rosa County Chamber of Commerce, Navarre Beach Area Chamber of Commerce, Santa Rosa Kids’ House, First Place Partners, Santa Rosa Medical Center, and Santa Rosa Education Foundation to name a few. Steve serves as the Chairman for the Santa Rosa County Military Affairs Committee and is also a mentor for Take Stock in Children. Kristen relocated to Northwest Florida from Cincinnati, Ohio in 2009 where she continued her career in Hospitality and Non-Profit management along the Gulf Coast from Destin to Pensacola. A proud “Army Brat”, Kristen has lived all over the world and credits her High School years on a NATO base in Belgium as a very influential time in her life, cultivating her ambition, and driving her desire for lifelong learning. A committed volunteer, Kristen has served in many volunteer and leadership capacities throughout Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties. She currently serves as the Military Affairs Committee Chairman for the Navarre Beach Area Chamber, and is a member of the Executive Board for Leadership Santa Rosa. Steve and Kristen’s core values are honesty, integrity, and reliability; and they focus on providing great customer service and exceeding their clients’ expectations.
