Tasha Tidwell is an experienced Realtor that works tirelessly for her clients as well as everyone involved in each transaction to make it a pleasant experience for everyone involved. Careful listening and pride in each step allow Tasha to successfully guide her clients through both the home selling and buying process. Born and raised in Pensacola, Tasha couldn’t be torn from this beautiful area and obtained her B.S.B.A. Degree in Finance from the University of West Florida. Tasha builds from her 14 years of extensive banking experience giving her an advantage and deeper understanding of the market, appraisal process (value) and strong negotiation skills. Tasha retired from banking as Assistant Vice President where she was a Lender and specialized in Builder Finance, gaining an appreciation for high quality construction and having the pleasure of working with some of the most respected Home Builders in our area. After being blessed with an amazing son and daughter, Tasha’s desire to help people led her to become a Realtor. She thoroughly enjoys being involved in the community and especially volunteering at her children’s prestigious National Blue Ribbon School, Pensacola Beach Elementary School. Coming from a Military family allowed Tasha the experience of living in another Country and gave have an even deeper appreciation of the Greater Gulf Coast as well as the sacrifices our military families make daily.
