As a full-time agent, I am very focused on the real estate market and stay up to date on what is happening now. In addition, I diligently evaluate predicted changes in the real estate landscape, as well as any future market forecasts. Education is very important to me to ensure that I am able to do the best job possible for my clients. My real estate designations/certifications include: Real Estate Negotiating Expert, Pricing Strategy Advisor, Military Relocation Professional and Florida Military Specialist.

Moving can be very stressful. My husband and I have moved several times over our 32+ years of marriage. We have lived in several states and have personally purchased and/or sold eight homes over that period of time. The knowledge, experience, and insights I have gained during these transactions makes me a great resource for you during a home purchase or sale, and/or family relocation. If you have a question or concern, I can usually assist you in getting your concern resolved or questions answered, as there is a good chance that I have experienced some of the same challenges myself.
