My name is Chiquita “Chi” Williams-Fountain, Chi (pronounced Chai). You can expect total honesty and integrity when you partner with me.

I've served 20+ years in various positions with the State of Florida, Department of Juvenile Justice, and as an Operation Review Specialist, Program Monitor, for State-operated and privately run programs across the State of Florida. This position required extensive knowledge and background dealing with a diverse group of clients, Contract providers, and other professional organizations. My tenure with the State of Florida also required conducting quality assurance, Contract management, auditing, and strong written and verbal skills. I also worked at Navy Federal Credit Union, in Mortgage Lending, underwriting support where I gained knowledge about various loan products and lending rules and regulations from 2019-to 2021. My educational endeavors, training, and experience highlight my dedication and commitment to accomplishing my goals. I will continue my lifelong learning to continue to be innovative and stay in tune with new and cutting-edge information regarding real estate, to ensure I can serve my clients with excellence and with the highest degree of professionalism and up-to-date knowledge. Additionally, I am a Notary public and I offer notary services.

As a licensed Realtor, since 2018, my mission is to find the winning strategy to help you meet your real estate goals. The greatest satisfaction I get from doing my job is helping my clients by inspiring and empowering them to “win” and accomplish their real estate mission to be a homeowner, selling their home, or real estate investing/portfolio in Escambia and Santa Rosa counties.
