Harland Cason

The thing I love most about being in real estate is the opportunity to provide superior care for my clients so they feel confident and satisfied with their buying or selling experience. With attention to detail, integrity, excellent communication skills, and local market expertise, I have much to offer as I help them through the buying or selling experience, whether for personal residences, second homes, or investment properties.

I have been married to my wife Anjie for 27 years and counting, and we have three young adult children. We have been on many adventures together taking us through Iowa, Texas, and Colorado, and we understand the importance of support as the things we desire change with the seasons of life and the things we value and need in housing change as well.

In Colorado, I started my own real estate brokerage and closed approximately 100 transactions over the last 4 years. I have a background in business administration and accounting, as well as church planting, pastoral ministry, theological education, and leadership development.

My educational background includes a BS in Business Administration from University of West Florida, and a Master of Divinity and a PhD in Systematic and Historical Theology from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

My passion beyond the workplace is to help young adults and leaders grow in exploring their calling, creative capabilities, and service to God and community. To that end, I helped formulate a two year leadership development program in our church in Pueblo, Colorado, which we are now working to roll out to other churches in the US in partnership with the local congregation where I am an active member.

After many years away, my wife and I have recently returned to our roots in the Panhandle – savoring the warm weather, emerald waters, and beautiful beaches. I am excited to be home serving the buyers and sellers of Northwest Florida locally with Levin Rinke Realty, and continuing service to Colorado buyers and sellers as well.
