So, why do I love Pensacola? Glad you asked! My love for wind, water and waves began at an early age in Louisiana as the daughter of an avid Sports fisherman. My father, Jim Allen, boasted the longest running televised fishing show in Louisiana, called "Sportscope." I was almost born on a boat! From being scuba certified at Fort Picken's jetties at 14 years old, to obtaining my “ticket” (slang for pilot’s license) as an adult in Pensacola trained by Naval aviators: Pensacola was always our “home away from home.” Beachfront, sound-side, and Tiger Point properties were leased as our little ones grew up on Pensacola’s snow white beaches, during both on and off seasons. And then, many years later, guess what happened?

Grown up beach baby #4 transferred from LSU to UWF, which was no surprise to me! She was a true water baby who in times past clutched both her sandy bottle and float with determination while waddling through the Emerald Coast’s powder puff sand. After graduation from UWF, this same young woman received a marriage proposal from a handsome young Navy Corpsman. Oh, . . . where did he propose?

At the foot of the cross on Fort Pickens Road! The very place I taught her to tie her shoelaces. Can you believe? How time flies, right? After their picturesque Pensacola Beach wedding at sunset, I realized the newly married couple would soon relocate to CA, and the empty nest was no longer a “thought,” saved for the future; it was here, NOW. That was my "now or never" moment, and the time was NOW to begin another chapter of “living the life I’ve imagined.” And the rest my friends, is history.

The only difference is now, I don’t have to drive home. I AM HOME. And, I’d like to help You find HOME, too! So, no matter what season of life you are in:

* patiently tying shoe-laces, planning a wedding, or prepping for an empty nest,
* changing jobs and/or relocating,
* making changes after a painful life-changing event as an exhausted FSBO seller,
* down-sizing, graduating, looking for investment properties, or
*. simply pondering retirement with a sweet spot for GRANDchildren to dance with
the seagulls, know that you do not have to do this alone!
