“Today you are You, that is truer than true. There is no one alive who is Youer that You!” That of course, was Dr. Seuss. My secret? YOU are WHY I do what I do. I love to serve the YOU of You!
Have you been in the Real Estate market, circling too long while waiting and listening to the sound of the wrong traffic controller? Hey hey! Let’s kick the tires and light the fires!
As a Realtor and successful “Flying” freelance marketing copywriter, helping sellers sell and buyers find, “That perfect property,” pairs with my passion of creating exciting content through relationship-centric marketing. It’s also part of my “Why?” What’s yours?
Throughout my career, I’ve developed a skill set of creative strategies designed to generate momentum towards the sale of your home or help you find your new, “sweet spot.” You know the dream property you’ve been imagining and searching for in your “heart of hearts.” My 2016 MS in Communication linked with Political Science embedded a tri-focus in Journalism, Advertising and Public Relations. Therefore, rest assured, I’ve got your back because I know that,
". . . words are things, and a drop of ink, falling like dew upon a thought produces that which makes thousands, perhaps millions, think." L. Byron
So, why do I love Pensacola? Glad you asked! My love for wind, water and waves began at an early age in Louisiana as the daughter of an avid Sports fisherman. My father, Jim Allen, boasted the longest running televised fishing show in Louisiana, called "Sportscope." I was almost born on a boat! From being scuba certified at Fort Picken's jetties at 14 years old, to obtaining my “ticket” (slang for pilot’s license) as an adult in Pensacola trained by Naval aviators: Pensacola was always our “home away from home.” Beachfront, sound-side, and Tiger Point properties were leased as our little ones grew up on Pensacola’s snow white beaches, during both on and off seasons. And then, many years later, guess what happened?
Grown up beach baby #4 transferred from LSU to UWF, which was no surprise to me! She was a true water baby who in times past clutched both her sandy bottle and float with determination while waddling through the Emerald Coast’s powder puff sand. After graduation from UWF, this same young woman received a marriage proposal from a handsome young Navy Corpsman. Oh, . . . where did he propose?
At the foot of the cross on Fort Pickens Road! The very place I taught her to tie her shoelaces. Can you believe? How time flies, right? After their picturesque Pensacola Beach wedding at sunset, I realized the newly married couple would soon relocate to CA, and the empty nest was no longer a “thought,” saved for the future; it was here, NOW. That was my "now or never" moment, and the time was NOW to begin another chapter of “living the life I’ve imagined.” And the rest my friends, is history.
The only difference is now, I don’t have to drive home. I AM HOME. And, I’d like to help You find HOME, too! So, no matter what season of life you are in:
* patiently tying shoe-laces, planning a wedding, or prepping for an empty nest,
* changing jobs and/or relocating,
* making changes after a painful life-changing event as an exhausted FSBO seller,
* down-sizing, graduating, looking for investment properties, or
*. simply pondering retirement with a sweet spot for GRANDchildren to dance with
the seagulls, know that you do not have to do this alone!
When we want different for ourselves, we have to start moving different. Old keys don't unlock new doors. When the you of YOU needs assistance with home buying, selling, or investing, I’d love to help you reach-out and touch the life “You’ve imagined.” Remember, my WHY is YOU. And not just any you. The YOU of you!
Time is our most valuable commodity. Together, let's spend it wisely. Allow the light from Levin Rinke Realty and Pensacola's lighthouse illuminate your path to finding and living the life YOU've imagined. WHY? Because we all know, in reality, . . . we are all just walking each other home.
I look forward to meeting YOU!
