Real Estate Market Surges ahead in 2015!

Pensacola, FL — March 27, 2015

Thanks to USA Today’s “10 Best” article showcasing our beloved Gulf Islands National Seashore as the Number 1 Beach in Florida, the rest of the country now knows the panhandle’s best-kept secret.

Individuals who call Pensacola Beach home live a lifestyle that is unlike any other. The island’s preserved natural beauty, low population density, and economic expansion make the area into a gem just waiting to be found. Agents at Levin Rinke Resort Realty get the privilege to live, work, and play in paradise and they are passionate about selling this lifestyle.

Gulf Breeze and Pensacola both house many benefits that would be attractive to all types of homeowners. Santa Rosa County has an A+ public school system and the revitalization that is being experienced in Downtown Pensacola is rapidly bringing economic rewards to the community. With the advancement in town and Pensacola Beach in the USA Today spotlight, the entire real estate market is seeing substantial success. Levin Rinke in particular is up 93% in sales volume for 2015’s first quarter.

“It’s so incredible to see the real estate markets continue to grow, as well as our local and national economies rebounding,” said Robert Rinke, owner/ broker at Levin Rinke Resort Realty. “When real estate wins, everyone wins, and we couldn’t be more thankful that the great folks of Pensacola Beach, Gulf Breeze, and Pensacola trust us year after year with their real estate needs.”

As broker / owner of Levin Rinke Resort Realty, Mr. Rinke spends approximately 30% of his time working on community-involvement projects for the betterment of Pensacola Beach and the Pensacola Bay Area. Currently, as chair of the Portofino Island Development Fund, he oversees the Pensacola Beach Beautification Project which has seen over $1.5 million in Portofino Island Development funds spent on over +2,000 palms, and supporting landscaping along Via Deluna and Fort Pickens road. The final phase of the beautification project will also see an entire landscaping redesign at the entrance of Pensacola Beach and the toll-booth areas. In keeping with the company culture of philanthropy and community mindedness, Mr. Rinke is also involved in Pensacola Beach Open Air Trolley Project. This project features 3 – open air, island style, clean diesel trolleys on Pensacola Beach – complete with “mahogany surf board style benches” at each stop. The open air trolleys promise to see the return of not only strong ridership numbers, but also fun, exciting, island-style transportation on Pensacola Beach.

Levin Rinke Resort Realty has continued its focus on philanthropy and community involvement over the past 20 years it has been in business. Every year it participates in a number of local and national charity events and philanthropic endeavors. “We want everyone to know that we are emotionally invested in this community – this is our home and we make it our mission every year to give back both through volunteerism and contribution” said Chief Philanthropy Officer and owner Teri Levin

Pensacola’s real estate market and community as a whole have a bright year ahead of them. The success here beckons future home buyers and opens the door to a lifestyle that Levin Rinke Resort Realty is eager to share.
