To meet tower residence requirements a development must meet strict width-to-height ratios. Each bedroom must have a bathroom; therefore all Portofino Island Resort sky homes feature an extra bathroom. This allows the 2 bedroom units to have 2.5 bathrooms, and the 3 bedroom units to feature 3.5 bathrooms.

2 bedroom units feature 40 linear feet of width with an oversized living room, dining room and open kitchen. This design features an open floor plan, and a large balcony with tempered glass rails. All Portofino Island Resort residences feature floor to ceiling glass throughout the unit. This allows water-views from every room with the exception of the bathroom. Every Portofino Sky Home has Kohler plumbing features throughout. Only solid core doors are used in the residences. The 2 bedroom features 2 massive bedroom suites, with a Kohler Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom.

3 bedroom units feature 85 linear feet of width. With an oversized living room, dining room and open kitchen, and this design is the pinnacle of Portofino living! A massive tri-corner balcony wraps around the unit, with tempered glass rails. Floor to ceiling glass can be found throughout the unit, allowing water views from every room with the exception of the bathrooms. Plumbing fixtures are Kohler oil-aged bronze products only. The Future is Here: Towers 6 and 7

Final phase will see 2 final towers, a total of 234 units, a conference center, a 40,000 square foot multi-terraced pool deck, and gulf front restaurants overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Portofino Island Resort developer (Robert Rinke) announced today the launch of the community’s final phase of development. This final phase will be the cornerstone of Portofino, a beach to bay community that lives a lifestyle focused on health, fitness, relaxation, recreation, and adventure. “This final phase will be the last, the best, and the grand finale of the incredible beach to bay Portofino Island Resort”, said Rinke. “There’s nothing quite like Portofino Island Resort; the fact that it’s nestled between the Gulf of Mexico, Santa Rosa Sound, and a breathtaking natural seashore preserve make it a true island paradise.”

This final phase presents a daring new vision for gulf front luxury living. Boldly designed and precisely detailed, towers 6 & 7 will have 234 two and three bedroom residences (total) that have been thoughtfully reimagined. Oversized balconies, towering floor to ceiling windows and panoramic beach and bay views set the tone for Pensacola Beach’s signature ambiance. Each newly designed Portofino Sky Home will feature expansive beach to bay views, floor to ceiling windows, and a spacious outdoor living room directly accessible from indoor living areas through double floor to ceiling sliding glass doors. Each unit will feature an oversized designer kitchen for social gatherings – with a sit down wine bar, his and her walk-in closets, luxury rain showers and oversized bathtubs in all master bathrooms. A large laundry and powder room will also be a key feature of the Sky Homes. The third bedroom will feature a lock out configuration allowing separate ingress and egress into the Sky Home. This lockout third bedroom will also allow owners to lock this third bedroom off from the Sky Home, or open it up directly into the Sky Home. This unique third bedroom lock out feature opens up extensive rental options and luxury house guest accommodations for every Sky Home owner.

Pools:

Every day will be an invitation to relax, swim and sunbathe on the Club Level Deck offering casual seating areas, cool cabanas, and canopied dining tables. The upper level will have a snack bar and full service bar, a multipurpose area for events and concerts, and a wedding gazebo.
