Downtown Pensacola's historic East Garden District is ushering in a new era of luxury urban living. Tristan Residences, an upscale five-story condominium located in the center of one of Florida's most vibrant cities, has released its units for purchase, with construction scheduled to break ground this fall.
Developed by local real estate developer Chad Henderson in partnership with The Thrash Group, the new residential build will be in conjunction with the upcoming Hotel Tristan, located in the same plaza. The hotel is currently undergoing construction and is scheduled to complete in 2026.
