Image credit: Pensacola News Journal / PNJ. Levin Rinke Resort Realty recently purchased land on Hwy 98 in Gulf Breeze Proper for a future Levin Rinke Resort Realty office. Sales in Gulf Breeze Proper, were up 100 percent up for 2014 - over 2013 for Levin Rinke Resort Realty, as of August 21, 2014. The new office will be a high visibility // high accessibility office located directly across from the Publix Shopping center in Gulf Breeze Proper. "We are thrilled about this new office coming to Gulf Breeze Proper, and so thankful that the great people of Gulf Breeze continue to choose us year after year for their real estate needs. This office is going to allow us to better serve the people of Gulf Breeze, and increase their accessibility to the realtors they work with everyday." said Benjamin Davidson - marketing director for Levin Rinke Resort Realty. No date has been set for groundbreaking.
