Levin Rinke Realty Celebrates $100 Million In YTD Sales in 2016!
Six years ago, Levin Rinke Realty expanded their focus to not only include Pensacola Beach, but also Gulf Breeze, and the Greater Pensacola Area. Since this shift, Levin Rinke Realty, along with the local real estate community, has experienced record sales volume growth. On June 30th, 2016, Levin Rinke Realty reached $100+ million in year-to-date sales, making 2016 another record setting year for the company. Levin Rinke Realty continues to build on a 5 year trend that has seen their sales steadily grow year after year. In 2011 their total sales volume was $84 million, and in 2016 the brokerage has a projected total sales volume of more than $200 million. The company hosted an industry celebration on July 20th at Hemingway's Island Grille on Pensacola Beach that was attended by more than 200 Realtors, staff, and industry colleagues.
